Ministers Ministry:
The Ministers Ministry of Cornerstone is a body of anointed men and women who have been called by the Lord and ordained to spread the gospel message of Jesus Christ.
Deacons Ministry:
Cornerstone Deacons are a group of respected men of integrity who are ordained to assist the Pastor, oversee the temporal needs of the Church, and assist with the physical needs of the Church family.
Deaconess Ministry:
The Deaconess Ministry is comprised of the wives of the deacons and ministers. The ladies are confirmed to assist the Pastor and the Deacons, prepare the Communion items, and assist the candidates for baptism.
Trustees Ministry:
This ministry, whose members are appointed by the Pastor, is responsible for the financial management of Church funds and oversees the maintenance of Church property.
Mothers Ministry:
The Mothers are the seasoned body of ladies who provide assistance to the Pastor, spiritual wisdom to the Church family, and are also the praying arm of Cornerstone.
Ushers/Greeters Ministry:
These are the doorkeepers who cordially welcome, seat, and assist the Church body and visitors. This ministry is comprised of adults as well as youth.
Christian Education:
This ministry oversees the scholastic and curriculum needs of the Church School and interfaces with each Cornerstone ministry.
Marketing Team:
This ministry is responsible for the promotions and advertising of all Church events in print, on the website, and works with the Media Ministry to promote events on social media. The Team produces the Sunday bulletins, programs for other services, and The Cornerstone Chronicle monthly newsletter.
Media Ministry:
The Media Ministry handles the video recording of all Morning Worship services, Bible Study sessions, and provides the linkage to sermons and choirs via social media.
Evangelism Ministry:
This ministry is responsible for sharing the gospel to those outside of the Church body and encourages them to seek a relationship with the Lord.
Stewardship Ministry:
This ministry assists in promoting the awareness of the financial responsibility of the members to the Church.
Music Ministry:
The Music Ministry is made up of all choirs and musicians who bring inspirational songs and music of praise and worship to usher in the Holy Spirit.
Dance Ministry:
This ministry is comprised of liturgical dancers and mimes who carry out inspirational and spiritual performances.
Theatrical Ministry:
The Theatrical Ministry performs inspirational plays and skits to present the gospel to the Church audience.
Jazzy Seniors Ministry:
This ministry is comprised of seasoned saints who assist in supporting the needs of the Church family.
Youth Ministry:
This ministry is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and guiding the youth to a relationship with Christ and includes the youth ushers, youth choir, and youth liturgical dance ministry as well as Youth Bible Study.
Sick & Recovery:
The Sick & Recovery Ministry sees to the needs of hospitalized and home bound Church family members.
Health Ministry:
This ministry assists with the health and welfare needs of the Church family members.
